I'm quite new to Pokerogue, I keep running the biomes to get to the Laboratory trying to encounter Mewtwo.

I thought I read something a while ago that you can increase the odds of encountering Legendary Pokemon, but I might be wrong or read it wrong, is this a thing or is it purely luck you run into them?
