So I had my gallbladder removed in 2024. Before that I was diagnosed with H Pylori… post removal digestion has been a whirlwind. I do take ox bile plus supplements… as I was diagnosed with Gastritis and also GERD. Periods are terrible and I’m petrified of eating anything… sometimes I get scared if this will all lead to stomach cancer 🙈 - I do suffer from anxiety so I know it makes it worse. Just wanted to understand how to navigate through that fear of this just being gastritis vs something serious. Thanks in advance !
I can’t seem to tell if the range of motion in my left arm the same as right. Had an uppper arm fracture 4 years ago. Sometimes there’s a dull pain and I feel slightly restricted but no major pain at all while training.
Telogen effluvium is often seen spiritually as a physical manifestation of deep stress, emotional trauma, or a forced, necessary release of old energy to allow for renewal. It symbolizes a loss of control, requiring a surrender to life’s cycles, self-acceptance, and a shift from fear toward inner peace.
Interpretations
Forced Release & Letting Go: Similar to a season of shedding, this hair loss signifies shedding past experiences, identities, or burdens that no longer serve you.
Loss of Control & Fear: The condition represents a deep-seated fear or anxiety about life circumstances. It often arises when you are trying too hard to control outcomes, highlighting a lack of trust in the natural flow of life.
Disconnection from Inner Self: It can reflect a disconnect from your inner strength, spiritual essence, or a loss of confidence, often linked to feelings of insecurity or shattered self-image.
Crown Chakra Disturbance: Because hair grows from the head, hair loss is sometimes linked to issues with the crown chakra, signifying a need to rebalance your connection to spirituality, intuition, and trust.
A "Renewal" Period: The temporary nature of telogen effluvium mirrors the spiritual lesson that loss is temporary and serves as a prelude to growth, healing, and personal transformation.
As a Catalyst for Inner Work: A sign from the body to stop pushing, focus on healing emotional wounds, and cultivate self-compassion.
A Call for Trust: A time to release the urge to control every detail of life and instead surrender to the spiritual, unseen process.
Rebuilding Self-Image: Using the period of hair loss to shift focus from outer appearance (physicality) to inner beauty and strength.
