Can I see family finder matches on big y block tree?

Title, sorry if I am mistaken. I see on the public block tree several descendants of a snp, most being family finder results, if I test positive for the same SNP from my big y results and am part of some downstream branch will I see those family finders people (their names and contact info) on the matches similar to str matches?

How long to alleviate?

Am currently living with family with cats and experience a dry congestion most days, I'm not severely allergic but I was never congested before moving in, its been 1 yr now. I wanna do a test and remove myself from this house for a while, but is it pointless would it take long to see? If I did leave how long would it take for the symptoms to alleviate.

Confusing results

I'm batch 1717 and just got my STRs in, as I'm reviewing my matches I realize how extrapolative(? correct word idk im dumb) STR matching could be.

For example I have many many y-67 dna matches at 6 steps which is far far far away but the Tip report shows a large confidence range, it shows the median estimate at 800 years ago but at 99% confidence interval i have to share a common ancestor by 1 AD, yet another match at y-67 and another and another at 6 steps with similar confidence intervals. Luckily many of these guys took big y's, when comparing those matches to each other their common link is not until literally 7-8,000 years ago at R-M269. This happens several times at Y-37 as well. So is the science behind STR matching propietary to FTDNA and doesn't mean much?

So I guess I have to wait til big Y comes in then.
