Yes...and the ever popular Disney Movie "Alien Romulus"!
Is the zenomorph the princess?
Aside from Arthur, which characters do you miss most after playing through all the game?
I miss the town crier in Armadillo, Gavin's friend, and the treasure hunters that you could occasionally hear, "I know your close, I can feel ya tickling my britches".
Had a lot of fun times!
When the typical person hears “nightshade”, they automatically think that its a deadly, bad, toxic plant. However, that’s not ENTIRELY correct! Yes, there are variations of nightshade that are toxic and deadly, but not all of them are! For example, the tomato. A humble, multipurpose, and multicultural food, found in grocery stores all over the world, used in a wide variety of dishes in many countries, is actually a part of the nightshade family! One of the plants I would like to discuss here, is eastern black nightshade.
This plant is modest, and oftentimes seen as a weed, but before you completely trash it, its not as much of a weed as you think! This plant gets a cluster of little white to purplish white flowers, with 5 petals, star shaped, which will eventually turn to small, black or deep purple fruits. The plant itself, and its unripe berries ARE toxic; however, the ripe berries of eastern black nightshade can be eaten! Does this mean you can go all out and make an eastern black nightshade sauce for spaghetti or something? NO! It still has a mild Toxicity, so use sparingly, but it still can be eaten!
I'm personally not a huge fan of sweeter tomatoes; however, the flavor of the berries really isn’t to bad, if I did like a sweet tomato, I would likely enjoy them! If you do use them, grab a very small amount, sprinkle in a salad, or add to a sauce for a sweet accent!
As is standard ALWAYS 100% ID the plant and confirm its edibility before consumption! Its always good practice when consuming a new wild edibles you’d never tried before to consume a very small amount (like 1 berry), and wait 24 to 48 hours to find out if your stomach can handle it. Everyone is different, and so to is your stomachs food tolerance! If you experience any digestive/intestinal distress or discomfort, or any negative effects, DO NOT continue to consume any more. If you don’t, then it's alright if you want to add a few to some sort of cuisine you may be making, or just nibble a couple for a snack!
