(Bracebridge residents) How do you want to find out about municipal election information, and/or what would encourage you to vote in the 2026 municipal election?

During the 2022 election, Bracebridge recorded the lowest voter turnout we've ever had, at only 36%. Through Bill 100, the province will be appointing the District Chair and granting them strong chair powers, circumventing our local democracy. I think it's important that everyone participates in the democratic process and that we get our voter turnout number back up, showing support for local democracy in light of the province's undemocratic actions.
