How do you handle pre-anal-sex hygiene? I have never had anal sex, but would really like to. I have no idea how to prep hygienically for something like that (outside of the obvious showering/cleanliness).

Do we douche? Is that even healthy? Just water? Q-tips? Help a girl out 🙏
