On Friday I have an interview for my first remote position for a company on the west coast and I live in the Midwest. Any suggestions for the interview to ask questions about potential RTO / hybrid in the future and protections I can ask for if hired? I have no plans to relocate to its base location on the west coast.

So I purchased 3 main cabin extra seats and recently I was notified of a plane change also a seat assignment change. I looked and see 2 people in my party are in main cabin and remaining person is in a regular economy seat. Seat map on my itinerary shows no available main cabin extra seats however when looking at a seat map for a new booking there are 8 main cabin extra seats available in the emergency exit rows. I chatted with an agent on the app who said he cannot move the remaining person without charging a $50 fee even though he sees the main cabin extra seats was purchased for all passengers. Any help or suggestions?
