Bandcamp sales and the new EU legislation: PPWR

Hey, I'm a bit confused as to why I haven't seen more people talking about this, or any information directly from Bandcamp.

As of 12th August 2026, there is now* in effect a requirement to register in every single EU country which you ship to. Which is basically all of them, individually. The drain on finances and time is not possible for a small band or label.

There is an excellent post detailing all of this here. I'm curious if people here are aware of this. It's pretty bad.

Does anyone know if this is somehow covered by Bandcamp's IOSS number?

*this has actually been a requirement since 2022, just I don't think anyone cared, but now it seems to be being seriously enforced.

Help with Winter's Sleep +2 location

Hey, I'm looking for Winter's Sleep +2 amulet. This wiki mentions an elevator but doesn't say where, and the only Youtube video with the "location" posts the actual literal room it's located in but not the actual route there lmao, so that's pretty useless.

Anyone know how I can actually find this? Zelator is confusing and I've been running around for ages.

"No configuration file found" despite having navidrome.toml in root

As per title, as soon as I boot Navidrome the literal first log entry on boot is

"No configuration file found. Loaded configuration only from environment variables"

despite having a navidrome.toml in place in the root folder, next to "data" folder, and subsequently all of my config is ignored.
