Emily the Stirling Single MOC

I've honestly been struggling with Emily's design for like a year and a half now, but last night it finally clicked for me and I built her on up. The first pic is an edit I made of a render to give her her lining, her face, correctly colored wheels, and editing the smaller driver wheels into dummy ones (cause there isn't a model for them in stud.io, but the place I got the models from DOES sell them at that size). Honestly I'm finally glad I finally figured her out, it's like some kinda weight off my shoulders.

RWS-Style Thomas MOC

Attempted to make a full MOC utilizing the brick-build lining I showed off here a while ago. Not QUITE worrying about accurate proportions per se, just wanted to make a RWS style Thomas. Smaller wheels, flat running board with a flat top, slightly more greebling, and a smaller face on the smokebox. I might do others, maybe not.

New/Updated MOCs! Stanley, Bear, and an updated BoCo!

My first RWS exclusive character too! I actually planned to try making Jinty and Pug back when it was discovered they were gonna be brought back in CGI, but I haven't really gotten them down just yet

Neville the SR Bulleid Q1 Engine MOC

Been working on this model for a while! Had a hiccup with those 3 segments that make up his body, but in the end I like how it turned out. Bit of a nothing burger character, sure, but quite the unique looking model! Had a lot of fun getting his design down in the end

Toad, Oliver's brake van MOC

I know it's only been 2 hours but I already had like 30% of the model done. I got Oliver and S.C.Ruffey done too, they'll be up on my Rebrickable soon. Along with my Donald/Douglas model

Lego Donald/Douglas MOC

Unlike other Donald and Douglas models I've seen, this design is a bit bigger to be in the scale of my other models. 9 studs wide, and with a 5 stud wide face like Edward and James. And Duck. Easily able to put the name plate right near the front of the smokebox like in the earlier seasons. I might actually switch the name plate placement to that in the final version when I upload it to Rebrickable, honestly. And I'll likely raise the tender up by a plate to be level with the cab floor

Even more of that Tidmouth Sheds MOC I've been building

Got the full roof done! I also added the buffers at the end of the rails, as well as green support pillars that the sheds in the show has. All that's left for the main building is the back wall, which I intend to do with some brick bending. But that will be done last, as the rest of the project is far from over! I need to finish the turntable, add in the rest of the tracks, and add terrain and ground beneath them to make this go from a single building to a full set

More of the Tidmouth Sheds MOC WIP

Most of the roof is finished, and I made a majority of the floor of the building. I still need to add buffers to the ends of the rails, and all the pillars and stuff inside as well. Then I just need to finish the roof, and then make the back wall, and the sheds will be complete! I'd say this is about maybe 70% to 75% completed at this point.

Current WIP Build of Tidmouth Sheds from Thomas & Friends

I'm now working on building major locations for sets, and I figured I would start with Tidmouth Sheds. I've seen some folks build the RWS version of Tidmouth Sheds, or a more simplified non-curved version of the TVS version. For my own personal design, though, I wanted to attempt making the curved version with all 7 berths. I'm using various image references from the model series, as well as using Wonders of Sodor too. I'm real proud of what I have so far, and can't wait to see what the final build will look like!

I imported my Gordon model into Blender and rigged his valve gear system

I've been taking my Thomas & Friends MOCs and have been importing them into Blender and rigging them, and I was very proud of how Gordon's valve gear and side rods looked in action so I figured I would share them in motion here :)

I've been hassling with an Oliver model for a while now, in my attempt to keep my models in scale with one another. Yes, I could have made Oliver have just a 4 stud wide boiler, but then he'd be *slightly* too small. I could have given him a 5 stud wide face, like James or Duck. But then he'd be *slightly* too big! So, I jerryrigged a setup to give him a boiler size right in the middle. Not 8 studs wide, not 10 studs wide, but right in the middle at 9 studs wide.
