So I just got the remote and while it works really well I can't find a way to lock settings. So this makes this remote kinda useless for me. It's for the living room and the kids and their friends will be able to fiddle with all the settings. Big overlook in my opinion to not add any restriction controls.

Edit: I was able to remove all the extra buttons under each device so that minimizes the damages. An activities lock would be ideal so the remote is locked on the activities screen. Harmony had a similar feature.

Back in February, I ordered a switch along with $6k worth of stuff for my newly built networking closest (USW-Pro-Max-48-PoE). I measured only the width and not the depth of the closet. The project got delayed and I just opened the box last week to install the switch and found out that it will not fit. I need the shorter version (12-13 inches deep). I opened a support ticket and sent an email requesting to return the switch and got negative responses.

Am I stuck with selling it on ebay at a loss or does anyone know a way to get an exception made to the return policy?
