BKN - LAL

Sharpe will most likely get a pay raise in 2027-2028 so Nets might want to move off of him. If he fits well with the Lakers, they could keep in long term. Nets also get picks 5 years from now when Luka's prime will slowly be falling off. Ziaire isn't a core piece either. Laker's get a project wing and back up / maybe starting center who can rebound really well.

Bad Targets

What is up with the people on this sub and their obsession with NICHOLAS CLAXTON. The dude is 6'10 215lbs WET. He's soft as hell and literally plays like a skinnier and shorter Ayton. What the hell is he gonna do against Gobert, Jokic, Wemby, Clingan, Kessler, Hartenstein, Edey etc. ?

Same thing with HERBERT JONES. The dude CAN'T stay healthy and his 3PT% has fallen off a cliff. He is not the same player from 2 years ago.

People need to understand that these trades and acquisitions have to move the NEEDLE. You're not just getting these players just to get them.

Wishful lineup

LAKERS MUST USE THEIR PICKS TO ACQUIRE UNDERPAID PLAYERS.

IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE CAMARA OR NAW.

EXAMPLE

Sign and Trade Reaves -> NAW + 1 or 2 first round pick if possible

Vanderbilt + Knecht + Lakers 2026/2031/2033 1st -> CAMARA (Money works for Portland)

Laravia + 2032 2nd + 2028/2030 SWAPS or (If got 1st round pick from Reaves trade send if needed) -> Day'Ron Sharpe

Player Salary
Luka Dončić $49,500,000
Nickeil Alexander-Walker $14,403,710
Toumani Camara $18,080,358
Day’Ron Sharpe $6,250,000
Adou Thiero $2,150,917
Bronny James $2,296,271
LeBron James $15,318,744
Jaxson Hayes $2,000,000
Rui Hachimura $15,000,000
Mitchell Robinson $12,000,000–$15,000,000
Ayo Dosunmu $12,000,000–$15,000,000
Kelly Oubre Jr. $10,000,000–$12,000,000

I don't care about what Shams tweets since he's so unreliable. What I really wanna know is if Austin has gotten his hair cut yet because that is the only true indicator on if he is playing today or not. Hair cut + shave = he's playing tonight.
