Do spirits or energies really visit me?
I’ve always been described as an empath, and strangers often talk to me even though I’m very Introverted by nature and try to avoid people lol. I have felt visited by spirits or energy or something on many occasions such as after my aunt died in Florida (I’m in Pennsylvania) I swear I felt her here for a moment. I’ve even had experiences where on several occasions I felt the energy of someone I had never met in person, we had only known of each other. This past weekend I was with my friend when her father passed away. It was the first time I’ve ever seen someone die. Since then I’ve felt his energy or presence in my periphery. These are just a few examples but I’ve always chalked it up to my imagination and ability to imagine other people’s thoughts but I wonder sometimes if it’s not really there. Sometimes I have weird coincidences at work where If I think about a random client’s name I’ll hear from them that day. How can I figure out if this is something I can tap into further?
