help, security delay didn’t work!
hi there! my aunt has alzheimer’s disease and i’m in the process of trying to erase her iphone 11 (latest version) so i can give it to my friend for his first phone. i got her to use the face id on it yesterday and it turned on security delay, and once it was over, i tried to turn off stolen device protection so i could erase it, and it didn’t work. am i missing a step? do i need to be with her the entire hour to get her face id again? help!
