I made this Cyberpunk-inspired satire after hearing rumors that Sound Transit's internal timelines for the Ballard Link Extension could be as bad as 2066. Hopefully it's exaggerated, but the fact that it's plausible says a lot. Whatever the real date, Sound Transit isn't saying it.

And yes, graphic design is my passion.

Sound Transit is working through a budget gap, and there has been a lot of discussion about delaying or cutting ST3 projects.
