The year is 2066. Ballard finally gets light rail.

I made this Cyberpunk-inspired satire after hearing rumors that Sound Transit's internal timelines for the Ballard Link Extension could be as bad as 2066. Hopefully it's exaggerated, but the fact that it's plausible says a lot. Whatever the real date, Sound Transit isn't saying it.

And yes, graphic design is my passion.
