I report the large camp of people experiencing homelessness across from the Fred Meyer on 46th WEEKLY. Nothing happens. It’s clearly not safe or healthy for the people living there. Has anyone heard any updates on if services have been offered or if there’s a plan to sweep?

I was just outside and I couldn't believe it. I almost went right back indoors because of how bad it smelled but I had things to do. And it's not just my block either, the whole neighborhood smells bad right now for some reason. Anyone know what's up?
I'm new to thrifting for clothing and waited today for almost 20 minutes in line to try on 4 things. The majority of folks in front of me had a cart full of items to try on. They'd take 5 into the room, then open the door and swap out for a different 5 items. Over and over again. One room was monopolized by the same person before I got in line, and they were still there when I left. Is this the norm?
