Hi. I run a writing and coaching service, and I've been thinking about offering an affiliate service to help drive business, but I'm not sure where to start/ am looking for options that don't involve a big cash buy-in and a big chunk of money going to a third party off every transaction. I'd rather pay the affiliate fee to the company that brings me sales directly.

Any advice or feedback would be appreciated.
