75 Hard complete

I did it — Day 75 complete.

Me, MyFitnessPal, my phone’s Notes app, and regularly following everyone else’s progress in this community kept me accountable and on track.

I learned a lot about myself throughout this challenge—about my perceived limits and what I'm actually capable of. Ironically, the thing I cared about the least, the progress photos, nearly ended my challenge three separate times. You’d think I would have learned after the first one.

I stuck to my calorie target, cut out junk food along with a handful of other personal exclusions, and didn’t make a single exception. No cheat days, no exceptions.

I also read five books—The Year I Met My Brain, Atomic Habits, Leaders Eat Last, The Emotional Intelligence Advantage, and The Let Them Theory—after not finishing a single book in almost 10 years.

For my workouts, I walked and rucked outdoors (doing two outdoor workouts every Sunday) and completed six strength training sessions each week.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has posted here—whether you were asking for advice, celebrating your success, or sharing your progress. You inspired me to start, motivated me to keep going, and reminded me that even on the toughest days, you just have to show up and put in the work.

If there’s one thing I’ve taken away from 75 Hard, it’s that we’re all capable of far more than we think. Set the goal, commit to it, and keep showing up.
