I am in touch with a US client who is running a roofing company but the only thing I currently have knowledge in ; is roofing cold calling as I have been dialing in the same niche for almost 3years.
I am thinking of this as a step to start my own company but I have no one that I can ask about the backend of things.
So I have a bunch of questions regarding that and if anyone has gone through this journey themselves and can lend help I’d highly appreciate it.
I would like to know:
1-where do the lists get pulled from? Generally and for roofing? And what makes a good/hot list from a regular or even bad one?
2-for the dialer; what would be an economical but effecient option? And is it easy to learn to manage it by myself?What about the cost I should expect?
3- What is the common pricing for roofing leads or common packages? Does the client provide dialer payment as well or only pays per lead?
4- For client outreach ; what is the best way or platform? Should I say that I am building a team? Or I need to have my team ready at least?
