ADHD is already hard enough.

Apparently, before you’re allowed treatment in Germany, you first have to survive phone calls, waiting lists, prescription logistics and endless follow-ups — basically every task ADHD makes harder.

There’s a concept in energy economics called EROI: how much usable energy you get back for every unit of energy you spend extracting it. A good energy source gives you a lot more than you put in.

My Elvanse EROI currently feels close to 1:1.
