I live in Houston and originally my plan was to go with Dr. Newaz of course, but now Houston has an in city FME provider. It's also much cheaper to go to as well compared to Newaz's clinic and will just be easier for me overall. Do you think it's a good idea to stay local with a potentially less experienced provider, or should I stick to my original plan? Thanks.

What is the plan for the lower jaw if you advance a lot using FME and FMA? If BSSO or 5 piece mandible isn't an option, would MSDO be the only way to bring it forward in adults non-surgically alongside orthodontic? I know SFOT is there but if someone does a lot of forward movement of the maxilla then I assumed it was impossible for SFOT to do the job on its own.
