Groundworks is a horrible company.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Groundworks severely damaged my foundation, garage and pool deck in just a few hours, then took three months to inspect the damage. After the inspection, they have gone silent. No repairs made, no plans of action, no returned callsss as promised.
I spent over $11,000 for work on my garage and pool, now my property is in worse condition than before they arrived. I got a shattered garage floor, cracked foundation, and a pool perimeter that looks like it was patched by a child.
Once they’re paid, don’t expect responsive customer service. If something goes wrong, be prepared to spend months fighting just to get someone to acknowledge the problem. 3.5 months so far, and still nothing to fix the damage they have done.
Buyer beware.
