Là, ra, thì, trong, nhiêu and thương (damage) came from existing Nôm variant; nhau and nhiều are nhiêu derivative. Thương (love) and lắm are newly created phono-semantic characters.

Kia and mới come from vulgar variants of 其 and 買. Năm comes from ancient form of 年. Con comes from the cursive form of 昆. Người is a clipping of the character. Hope you guys like my idea, you can leave suggestion below.
