I don’t like to run… because I’m not used to it, but I would really like to get used to it and like it, because it’s the least hassle free sport I know…
Is starting on a runningpad a good idea? Slowly building speed, would be good for me since it’s hassle free, can be done watching tv,… I just get anxious when running outside huffing and puffing and struggling,…
Any of you guys have started this way?
