So, this car has roof rails and a massive boot, and a decent payload.

What happens when you actually load this boot up full up with camping gear, get the family in, put a roofbox on and head off on a camping trip? What kind of range would you expect to get under these conditions?

Very interested in anyone's experiences who has taken this on the road with a heavy load (preferably when it's all packed in the car or on the roof - not towed).

I've got a young family who love camping trips with a big canvas tent and loads of gear - considering this car for our lifestyle (and we currently do it in an ICE sedan with a roofbox and without any trailer).
