Hey guys,

I’ve got some smoke coming up when I’m at full throttle I believe it’s smoke burning on the exhaust. I cleaned the engine and drove for a bit to try seeing where is the leak coming from. And it seems that it’s on the passenger side of the engine near the balancing shaft. I can really say what could be leaking based on the pictures. Does any of you have ideas ?

Hello everyone, my 944 2.5L NA has been burning quite a lot of oil. When I’m at full throttle and under high load, I can see a lot of white/blue smoke coming from the exhaust (and through the shifter area since my leather boot is cracked).

Here is what I've done and found so far:

• I changed the AOS o-rings, including the inner one.
• My AOS upper venting line is brand new.
• I ran a hot compression test and every cylinder is excellent (above 175 psi), so the piston rings should be fine.
• However, I found a pool of oil in my airbox.
• My spark plugs have heavy white/gray ash fouling, confirming the oil from the intake is being burned in the cylinders.

I can’t figure out what could cause this massive oil blowback into the intake since my compression is great. Could the AOS drain tube to the oil pan be clogged? Or is there a baffle missing in the oil pan?

Does anyone have any idea of where to look next?

I’m struggling with a persistent visual bug on my Lenovo Legion 5 Pro (165Hz display). Since the update to Hyprland 0.54 (Aquamarine), I have severe ghosting and frame overlapping (previous frames stay visible underneath the current one).
I’ve spent the last few hours debugging this with no success. Here is what I’ve tried so far:

1. Drivers & Kernels:
• Switched from Proprietary NVIDIA to Nouveau/NVK (Mesa 26, Kernel Zen 7.0.3).
• The issue persists on BOTH drivers, which rules out a specific NVIDIA bug.

2. Configurations attempted:
• Set explicit_sync = 0 and direct_scanout = 0.
• Tried AQ_NO_MODIFIERS=1.
• Forced AMD_DEBUG=nodcc,flush_on_release.
• Attempted a downgrade to 0.52, but ran into a dependency hell with .so libraries.
• Currently running hyprland-git, but the ghosting is still there.

3. Hardware Context:
• Laptop: Legion 5 Pro (82JQ).
• CPU/iGPU: Ryzen 7 5800H (Cezanne).
• dGPU: RTX 3060 Mobile.
• Screen: 2560x1600 @ 165Hz.

Does anyone with a similar Ryzen 5000 / Hybrid setup have a fix? Is there a specific Aquamarine environment variable I’m missing to force a full buffer flush?
