Tried out pastels tonight

It’s been a minute, thoughts?
It’s been over a year since I’ve drawn with charcoal. Been on a kick as of recently while working nights. Thankfully I found charcoal, white conte or chalk? And 6B, 3B & H drawing pencils. Smudging using fingers. Any feedback would be great. Maybe I should go larger next time
