Heads up - Ornot Sitewide Sale 20% off Oct 6th-7th

Just got an email from them -

>Our once-a-year birthday sale starts tomorrow*. For 48 hours, take 20% off sitewide, including sale items. You could do your holiday shopping early, Ornot.

They don't do sales often, so seems like a good deal. Big fan of their cargo bibs.

*Note I'm posting on 10/5 so... tomorrow = 10/6

How to put on a wetsuit

I’ve seen several posts recently and over the years with people not pulling their wetsuits on high enough. You want those babies pulled WAAAAYYY up high on your body so that you have enough shoulder mobility for the swim. You also want it to be extremely snug. They are supposed to be tough to get on.

I’ve even had another person pull my wetsuit up for me - I get it up over my waist, then have someone grab the unzipped sides of the back and yank up. Then do the same for them. It’s fun, and also helpful.

Here’s a great video explaining not only how high to get it, but some tricks on how to do so more easily.

Wetsuit inner seam repair?

I don't have time to ship my wetsuit off for full repair, so hoping I can get some guidance here. I have seen suggestions for stitching this up with dental floss, putting Aquaseal on it, and using waterproof tarp/tent repair iron-on tape. None of these sound great to me, but open to suggestion.

I also did contact blueseventy about it and they referred me to a surf shop they use for all their repairs; it's just that turnaround isn't what I need. Thanks for any help!
