The turnstile in the E4 parking lot at Everett, going into the 40-27 and 40-37, is unpowered and cannot let people in.

It allows people out, but there was a large group of people who had to walk around while returning from lunch because the gate isn't functioning.

Unknown if it will be fixed by second shift.
