What is going on?
I placed an order on Friday August 14th for the warzone dbrand skin for my fold 8. I paid for overnight shipping. The website said it was supposed to be here August 18th. It is August 19th and I have not received my order. As a matter of fact, they have placed a whole new order, meaning i am going to have to wait longer for my skin to arrive.
The fact that dbrand for as big of a company they are doesn't have a 1800 number for customer service is, in my own opinion, unacceptable. It seems like they have a litany of issues with other people not getting their orders in the time frame quoted. I love my grip case and think its the best phone case on the market. However, the fact that this has happened has soured me to the company quite a bit.
Edit: order numbers are 23868021 for the first one, and 23876896 for the second one in case the bot comes in and defends itself.
