Me and my boyfriend have been dating for a few weeks now, it has mostly been only full of ups. However, today I sent a message at the wrong time, and presumably, his father saw the message. He proceeded to call me the f-slur in dms, proclaimed he needed to protect his son from this gay bullshit and blocked me on all the methods I had to contact him. I feel powerless right now, as there isn't much I can do. I've talked with a LGBTI helpline but didn't get good advice on how to handle it. I'm worried about him mainly as his family is very religious and unaccepting of his identity. They sent him to a place for seeming to be depressed and he came out worse after it. Is there anything I can do or can I only wait?
