Sold a few things last week. One of them appears to be lost. No scans with A Post since I handed it to them 6 days ago and Vinted has even flagged it as possibly lost. It will be 25 days before I’m reimbursed. I also had a parcel go to France that was never collected and still waiting for that to come back. It’s been over a month and the buyer got a refund!
I have two other items sitting for 4 days to be collected and the fear is growing that they’re not going to be! Is it appropriate to message the buyers and ask them if they’re going to collect? I know people have stuff going on so thinking of maybe leaving it til tomorrow (last day for collection?). It’s really annoying when you’ve made a few sales and then this happens.

A French buyer placed an offer on an item which I accepted. She didn’t buy it and 3 days later I put myself on holiday mode as I was going away. She sent me a message asking why it had disappeared because she wanted to buy it. I told her if she wanted it I would take myself off holiday mode so she could but she had to buy it straight away or else wait til I was back. She agreed and purchased the item. I posted it the day I was due to fly.
The item has now been sitting at the collection point for 7 days, I asked her if she planned to collect it and she ignored me (she’s been online). 😡😡 So bloody frustrating. Will I get the item back? Apparently she only had 5 days but it’s still sitting there!

Hey all, so I posted two parcels yesterday and three today. Not one of them have registered as sent with Vinted. I’ve had to send the receipts to the buyers and mark manually as sent. Some of them received a text from An Post not knowing what it was in relation to and some didn’t. One of my buyers had the same thing happened to them today.
I since received a text myself about an incoming item, I’d only bought one thing on Vinted and sure enough, the seller had sent it and again it hadn’t registered. Seems to be across the board. What’s going on? Worried now we won’t receive our money as I know Vinted Customer Service are shocking when there’s an issue.
The seller who sent me my order manually marked it that she had sent it but it’s not showing my end and I have no way of marking it as received when it does come!

Hello all. Would value some opinions. I’m not sure how many of you are familiar with the research currently being conducted on Shugoshin-1, a protein that has shown promise in rejuvenating older eggs and might potentially improve IVF success rates in the future. It is currently in the early testing stages. I am 42 and have had 4 failed rounds of IVF and 3 early miscarriages. All down to age-related egg quality decline (many tests have been conducted on us both and my partners sperm is perfect). I am considering freezing my eggs now in the hope this research might help us down the line if it is approved for mainstream use. Am I crazy to be considering this at 42? 🙈
