the community around sharing their transition from the Jan-jun avec to Jul-dec is sooo heartwarming, like this is what the journaling community is really about and it's so bonding 🥹 I only started using my avec in May so I didn't have as chunky as a book, but I loved the concept of moving into a new book for the rest of the year!
I was SO excited to receive my new A6 le portfolio in the fern green. I currently have a Pocket GV and an XL GV, but have been long awaiting my first Le Portolio. I got my package a few days ago, and finally had a chance to open it up today. I was literally so happy that I didn't even bother to read the box so I ripped it open and instantly realized it was a pocket GV and not le portfolio 💀 (Side note: the fern Green color is soooooo gorgeous I am fully obsessed)
If I had made the mistake and purchased the wrong style, I still would've been totally alright with another GV because who is ever complaining about having too many PRs!! LOL however, I just double-checked my paper order sheet and my email and confirmed ir was supposed to be A6 le portfolio :/
I emailed the PR team immediately to share this, but since I opened the package already I wasn't sure if they would let me exchange it or charge me for another Le Portfolio or anything along those lines. I love the color but I also really was looking forward to the portfolio style. Not sure if anyone has had experience with this specific of a scenario before and if so, what happened?
