So I just bought an A4 Paper Republic that I am using for brainstorming business ideas and mood boarding.

I want some inspiration of other things I can do with an A4 journal. However, when I try to find any content online about this size, I can’t find much.

So if you have an A4, what do you use it for?

I’m just interested in people’s Le trifold set ups if you’re willing to share. How many books do you have in it? What do you use them for? Does your journal leave the house or live at home?

I love my little Paper Republic family (GVXLs in Cognac and Bordeaux; Pocket GV in Bordeaux) but I’m craving something brighter and lighter for the summer. Totally ridiculous “problems,” I know. But I need a pick-me-up.

Thing is, I’ve been obsessed with golden/saffron ochre/mustard tones for ages, BUT I love certain pink shades as well, especially anything evoking a sunset glow. Rustic Rose is a bit on the bright coral side, but I prefer warmer pinks to cooler ones and once it starts to patina it more closely resembles the earthy, rich shades of pink I love. Firenze is also irresistible, and appears to become a deeper golden shade as it ages, which is gorgeous.

Anyone else like me and love both shades? Have you received either colour and been surprised by how they look in person?

I don’t *need* to buy covers simply to change them out for the season, and yes I know I could purchase the leather by the same tannery and cut my own, but I have looked and cannot find a cost-effective option for the colours, thickness, and amount I need.

So, which GVXL am I buying next? 😂

I recognize no one actually has an answer to this (unless someone does and I missed a big announcement lol) but figured it could be a fun discussion! Do we think we’ll see more le trifold color/combos anytime soon? If so, what would you like to see?

For example I’ve seen a lot of appreciation for Paul’s custom all red one online and even a few people ordering the same from L’atelier. (Which is something I briefly considered too because it’s stunning but I’d love to not have to go that route.)

I’m considering having an A5 L’atelier made and am intrigued by the mango color but I’d like to see photos of it first before pulling the trigger on it! Thanks for the help!
