Surgeons that remove the whole gland? (UK)

Hello, everyone. I'm planning to have my gyno surgery done this year. I've had gyno from puberty (I'm in my late twenties now) and I've also recently started losing my hair (talk about winning the genetic lottery, lol! I tried finasteride to see if my pubertal gyno is sensitive to it and, unfortunately, it is - I got nipple tenderness and swelling 7 days into taking the drug at 0.25mg ed.

I've been planning to have my gyno surgery done for a while now, but, while researching more about it, I found that surgeons typically leave some tissue right behind the nipple to prevent cratering deformities.

Surgeons I've looked at so far:

- Dr Nurein - probably the most popular here on Reddit. Overall good reviews, but some bad ones (too much tissue left, revisions, recurring gyno). Also some have concerns since he is a not a registered specialist here in the UK. From watching some of his surgeries on YouTube I can see that he leaves quite a bit of tissue under the nipple to prevent cratering. However, he also has information on gyno and finasteride on his website so atm I'm thinking consulting with him.

- Dr Karidis - too expensive for me from what people say about his prices

- Signature Clinic and UK skin - mixed reviews. Some people say that the aftercare is lacking. Also, I cannot find the surgeons that people report good results from on their websites. (Perhaps they moved to different places?)

My questions are: Which surgeons do you have experience with and recommend (in the UK)? Have any of you specifically requested 100% removal and the surgeon actually delivered? Did you get any nipple sinking/deformity and was it bad? Surely it cannot be worse than gyno itself?
