Centipedes and ants(?)

So, I love the idea of having a bioactive enclosure for my gecko. I've been doing research on the gecko for years and finally got one. She's too little for a terrarium rn and I want to make sure she's eating/passing her food before I move her into a real enclosure.

I decided I wanted to put her in a bioactive which I've been doing casual research on and learning about for probably close to 3 years at this point... it is only now that I'm seeing and learning about centipedes being found in enclosures. Is there anyway to make sure I won't end up with centipedes? I know they are good for the enclosure and generally not an issue for the reptile/enclosure... but they are a HUGE issue for my mental health lmao. I cant do things with that many legs.. they just creep me out.

Also- I got some isopods and springtails from a trusted (small and local) pet store. I wanted to give them some extra time to get established and make sure parameters were good before getting too carried away; however, I thought I saw ants in the mix as well? Is this a problem- should I just toss it and get a new clean up crew?-- I will be going through them again to see if I can find the little critters again but when I first looked, they looked to be ants...
