Hello! I’ve been considering this for a few months now but I would love to pursue singing for fun. I’m a 21m who loves to sing jazz/blues style music, think Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, and Nat King Cole. I want to try and get to a skill level that would enable me to sing at public jazz bars. Would anybody be able to point me in the right direction in regard to teachers/schools in the Charlotte or north Charlotte area that could help me? I’d consider myself a beginner as I’ve never taken lessons before but I would just love to be able to hone my skills in this.

Hi all, I recently moved to a different state and had to find a new job which ended up being a pharmacy technician at Publix. I’ve been there for about a month and a half now, but I’m planning on moving back to the state I was in previously due to getting accepted to go back to university there. I will still need to work while in school to pay for accommodations and other necessities but I was wondering if it is possible to transfer to another location in a different state this early on in my time with Publix? I enjoy working here but wouldn’t want to leave any hard feelings with my pharmacy manager considering the circumstances of me leaving so soon. Is this something that is doable? And if so, how long does the process take? I’m looking to move by the end of the month or beginning on next month. Thank you all in advance!
