Connect with me if anyone wants to join

Hi long story short, I have been applying for jobs since last 6 months and got lot of interviews but no good luck so far maybe because of visa rule changes, my competencies and luck at that time whatever but now I am considering Innovator Founder Visa and working on that so just wanted to check if anyone is in same boat and wants to join and they are based in Scotland so feel free to dm me maybe things will work out in our favour. Thanks.

Help

I am over 30 and applying for starting level qs and commercial roles as I am changing career from finance to QS and recently did masters, I get rejection in final face to face interview all the time. Does my age matter? Because most of the time people in interview panel are much more younger than me also I am avg looking but have good grades and knowledge and I don’t know why I am being rejected, any help and brutal feedback is appreciated.

Any suggestions/tips?

After applying for more than 500 jobs I got more than 12 interviews and got rejected in 11 and placed on reserve list in one. For ref. I am international graduate, dress well for interviews, explain all my answers with my previous experience, stays confident and interviewers always looked happy and impressed but still gets rejection after a week of every interview, I need your help and suggestion now to know what I am doing wrong.
