This is my first time doing the seasonal quest. Do you need to graduate from a seasonal sever, to get the quest to get the DEX gear or can it be a normal sever as well? I’ve completed the seasonal pass, and graduated the character to a regular character. I have the cap in my inventory and everything that came with it. But the quest is not appearing. What did I do wrong.
