These plants were intertwined at the roots and i separated them and replanted, they didn't grow during winter but now its warming up one of them has lots of new growth while the other has barely any, only tiny green spots. I've treated them exactly the same and they get the same morning light and i water them when the soil dries out, im looking for some advice on what I can do to help its growth?

I've lost power in my base and it's pretty unrecoverable but while trying to get the power back on I came across something that confused me.

I disconnected 8 oil refineries from the grid and connected them to bio mass generators. It was still blowing the fuse and saying the max consumption was 32,000mw... I then disconnected the refineries from the generators and tried to just run those generators but have the same issue... shouldn't I be able to run 12 biomass generators when they are connected to nothing? what am I missing
