Chronic ETD

Hi guys I've had ETD since I was 19 I'm now 23 and the daily fullness / clicking / popping / thumping is starting to get to me, I thought I could just adjust but no luck.

I randomly woke up one day and my shoulder was in so much pain I couldn't move it, it ached bad then I got this horrible electric shock to my ear and then it was blocked no infection I was ill at the time though. I had no fluid and still don't. I don't know what to do to make this any better, ENTS have been useless, I've also got TTTS after a panic attack :/

I've tried nasal sprays, steam. Everytime I swallow my ears crackle and I have tinnitus too

Any advice please. I'm at a loss

Is it dangerous?

I have TTTS and also this not to sure if it's part of TTTS though. When I yawn and scrunch my face up I get that thunder noise but it's also the same noise as my TTTS whenever someone talks

Hi I'm struggling with a bunch of symptoms at the moment and to say the least I'm sick of it and I'm still not sure what my diagnosis is, every day I'm lightheaded 237, pulsatile tinnitus, ears are blocked but have been for years due to ETD not sure if gotten worse, anyways I did this hearing test I've noticed I'm not the best with lower frequencies, do you think this is the start of menieres ? If I have low frequency loss ? :/

Ps my right ear is the one with Pulsatile tinnitus but this test makes it look like the better ear 🤷‍♀️

Hey, I'm 23F, 2023 I had a bad panic attack which caused me to get TTTS in my ears + PPPD, I was dizzy 24/7 like my eyes were off feeling, balance was fine but I was miserable and only lying down made it better I was dizzy for a whole year before I started doing therapy for it + Sertreline and I was dizzy free it felt amazing I was dizzy free since 2024 - 2026

Now.. I was ill start of march, got a ear infection that cleared up 2 weeks later I got Pulsatile tinnitus (hear my heart beat in my ear 247) it got me really down and I ended up having many many anxiety attacks over it, I would Google everyday and all day my symptoms I was really scared then because I was anxious and stressed 247 I noticed that dizziness crept up behind me and whenever I had a panic attack I'd get super lightheaded then I don't know what happened but my neck was in major pain I massaged (maybe a bit to hard) and the inside of my ear on that side felt almost numb inside and I freaked the hell out to the point I stood up and I felt a whole burning sensation go down my body and I felt super faint, I went hospital and then I started to get this strange head pressure at the back of my head it was brutal especially in different rooms and still I found it so odd.. but the funny part is once I massaged my neck the Pulsatile tinnitus almost disappeared and I only hear it if I exercise for a minute or two but I'm left with facial aches from my massater to my temples to the back of my head DAILY all while still having this tipsy / lightheadness feeling 247 of the day it's so annoying but this time feels different.. the last time I had pppd I was horrible in public places and any big space and I never got the sensation of getting more dizzy If that makes sense? It stayed one sort of level of dizziness for that year where's with this time round it's not to bad in public places (the park), great when lying down but sitting is probably the worst my head feels like a bobble head, like my head is wobble on my neck, my neck feels so loose.. i am at a loss of what this could be and even if it is pppd this time round? I guess my question is has anyone had pppd it gone and then got it back but it felt different? Or does anyone else have this type? I have no balance issues, no vertigo, better when lying down

I'm waiting on a ENT appointment

Hi! Had ETD for 4 years started off as a cold but now left with pressure and no fluid, does anyone have any tips on how to release some pressure or anything that helps? I always see ETD with fluid never without 🤷‍♀️

Hi, had ETD for 4 years but no fluid so it's a pressure issue I assume, has anyone figured out how to make this better or cured?

Crackling in ears

Full when swallowing
