I'm looking for a (around 2008–2012, possibly Cartoon Network).The protagonist was a thin and long black cat who used to walk on two legs, who always wore a tall black magician's top hat and formal clothes. He lived in a human-sized house with a fireplace, had another cat best friend who also wore clothes, and the animation style was not old like old disney movies or looney tools.

It was fresh..I was a kid back then, and used to watch it with my mother in the early mornings.

I remember how the main cat used to speak in a slang language and how cool I used to find him..I have been trying to find the name of this cartoon for many years but had no luck..Please help.

It mostly had night time scenes in the street or at the palace kind of room in which the cat lived.
