A little late sharing this one, but I finally got around to posting it. I made this as part of the 405th Midwest Secret Santa for fallen.cosplay and it ended up being one of my favorite builds so far.

The build:

The whole prop was printed in PLA on my Prusa Core One and slowly came together over about 3 months. I modified the original 3D files to add a channel for acrylic rods to run through the body, then dyed those rods to get the orange energy effect you see in-game. Getting the dye right took some experimenting but I'm really happy with the result.

After printing, I sanded and primed everything before painting. The metallic finish was done with Vallejo Metal Color Gunmetal and Aluminum, which gave it a really nice look.
