I know humidity affects thermal performance, but I’m curious how noticeable the difference actually is in real use.
I imagine it becomes more noticeable as the humidity goes up, especially when it comes to image clarity and contrast. Have you noticed much difference between a humid night and a dry one?
One fun thing about night vision is noticing stuff you probably would have completely missed otherwise.
Could be an animal, something in the sky, or just something you weren’t expecting while you were out at night. What’s the coolest thing you’ve spotted when you weren’t even looking for it?
I bet you used night vision a lot when you first got it, just because you wanted to take it outside every chance you got.
But after the novelty wears off, I wonder how often people really end up using it.
