Muscle GAIN on Tirz?

Hi all - I am ready to get on board with Tirz. So far I have:

Created a workout routine for myself
Making sure I hit the gym 4-5x a week
Getting my steps in
Increased protein intake to over 100g a day
Managed my carb intake

I’m at exactly 200lbs right now.

I want to make sure that I gain muscle going this route. Should I be concerned or adjusting anything? Should I be considering any peptides along with this?

Edit:

Here’s the current routine:

Monday - chest and triceps
Db press
Incline press
Pec dec fly
Cable press
Tricep extension
Skull crushers

Tuesday - back and biceps
Lat pull down
Seated Rows
Chest supported rows
Reverse pec dec flies
Hammer curls
Bicep curls

Wednesday - leg
Leg press
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Calf raises

Thursday - shoulder
Shoulder press
Lateral raises
Leaning cable raise
Chin pulls

Friday - upper body
2 chest workout
2 back workouts
2 bicep workouts
2 tricep workouts

7,000 steps daily. Trying to get more in.

Calorie intake of about 1500-1700 daily

5’ 6, 200 lbs

Goal: to lean and build muscle

Map erased

So it turns out my Dreame GoVac 400 automatically deleted my mapping on and won’t run on schedule. In the last week or so I had noticed it was going to areas not indicated in the map (for example, it would come vacuum the bedroom halfway while it running a scheduled vacuum task in the kitchen)

What could be happening? Device is 1 year and 1 week old.

I feel stuck

I have been with my organization for over 9 years now. I work in healthcare, and my team is amazing, and my manager is great. We went through a merger recently, and I realized that my workload is equivalent to a manager on the other team. I also learned that we are compensated at least 20k below the senior analysts on the other side. This was an eye-opener.

I like to think we have great benefits. Starting next year, we will be matched 200% on a 3% contribution (100% right now), and PTO goes up to 27 days + 6 holidays. Having been with the company for so long, my manager knows my work ethic, there’s no micromanaging, my opinion is highly valued, and I get to oversee some of the junior analysts well. The best part of it all - it’s a remote job.

The tenure in our company (especially our department) is pretty high. The opportunity to move up is limited. I don’t know if I should be making a switch - but growth is important.

Here to talk to people who have been in similar situation.

Which one to take?

I am someone who doesn’t deal with food noise - but I do have about 50 lbs to drop. In the past year, I have gained about 35 lbs or so just because of lifestyle and work.

I am 5’ 6” @ 202 lbs.
I have started strength training 4x a week.

Concern about Reta not being FDA approved but I’m all ears if someone has a good reason.

Wondering where to start and which GLP to begin with.
