We attended a presentation yesterday and during it they talked to us about how owners have the ability to buy a cash rate at a heavy discount. The example they showed us was 7 nights in a 2 bedroom for $950. Obviously this rate is only for HGV owners. I asked if I became an owner how far the rate extends, could I buy for family or friends and the answer was yes.

With that said, can someone confirm this? Could I just become an owner and spend all my free time reselling rooms to my friends and family’s for a slight up charge and make all my money back?
