How is the college environment, teachers, management there? How is the hostel life?

I'm interested in both but I'm leaning onto electronics more as I'm not that good with mechanics. But again too afraid to take electronics, fear of being jobless . I'm so confused rn brev.

I got 1580 rank in entrance and I couldn't get the campus I wanted (Regular seats). Should I try private colleges for scholarships or study in WRC/ERC. How good is Khowpa campus, does it provide scholarships?

These are the only options I have rn. I'm decent in academics.
