My theory is the anchorite is the self mummified body of the predecessor of nasubi, I believe it's possible that once the contest concludes the current king secludes themselves (much like an anchorite) and then slowly self mummifies themselves as an additional condition for the powerful nen ritual, I believe their will is what enforces the rules of the contest & also the force that thwarted the twins escape. I have no theories about the sword yet but I imagine that also has something to do with transferring the title of king

I've been thinking this over and wondering how the combination of skill hunter and Benjamin baton would work, I know the ones to pass the ability have certain conditions they must meet but obviously chrollo/the spiders wouldn't be able to meet those conditions, so would they change based on his circumstances making it so he could inherit/ keep the other spiders abilities after they passed or would it just give him the abilities of the already dead soldiers
