What did Narzissenkreuz mean by "I sense "reason""?

Right after he says this, Paimon follows up with:

How did she get to that conclusion??? Feels like Paimon (Reason) is literally guiding/helping us escape (by telling us what to do)

The fact that "Reason" is in quotation marks too is sus.

Coincides with:

- Traveler doesn't have her records in leylines however abyss sibling does (because she wasnt supposed to be part of the "adventure"?)
- The BP story about abyss sibling being corrupted, he was supposed to get the genesis pearl (the "adventure"), not us.
Regardless, What could it possibly mean for the overall story?
