Greatly improved skin but now milia?!!

Thanks to French pharmacy products, over the past year I have drastically improved my skin (female 44). I went from excessively dry skin, to skin that is hydrated and brighter. My daily routine is generally AM: Caudalie gentle cleanser, G&G Vitamin C, G&G Peptide serum (occasional use), Rohto Hada Labo moisturizer, and SVR SunSecure sunblock (moisturizing cream). PM- Caudalie cleanser, tretinoin (every other PM + cerave PM cream), and on non-tret evenings I use Avene Hylauron cream. In the past 2 months I have developed milia for the fist time around the eyes. I have used estradiol (vaginal) a handful of times over the past few weeks. I don't think any of these products are "new" to my routine except the estradiol, which I've used maybe 4 times over the past 2 months. Help! Milia is a horrible problem I need to eliminate--I had two that I was able to remove. What can I do to prevent milia? I just got the Medicube Zero Pore toner (plan to use 2x week). I also plan starting to microneedling 1x month (every 4 weeks). What am I doing that is causing milia?! I'm wondering if it could be the SVR sunblock (creamy, hydrating) because I used LRP daily for many months and didnt have any milia. Help!

Thanks for the info, first time done! 💪🏻

Just wanted to say thanks for all the info and advice! I ordered my Dr Pen (A 10), Hyaron and boosters a few weeks ago and finally took the plunge today! I went super shallow (.25) using hyaron as glide. All went well (fingers crossed!). For my next MN session, I'll be using Junetique (can't wait!!!!). So given how shallow I went this time, do I still have to wait 4 weeks for my next session? I plan to stick to .5 or max 1mm. Thanks again!!
