
Paid for next day delivery…
I ordered something Monday morning, I paid for next day delivery, so my parcel was meant to be arrive on Tuesday. On Monday night I got an email from Evri saying they’d got my parcel, I chose for it to be delivered to a Evri locker as I knew I most likely wasn’t going to be in if they delivered it in the morning/ mid-day Tuesday, I got an email letting me know the delivery location had been updated. Tuesday morning comes and I get a notification telling me my delivery had been delayed, then again an hour and a bit later I get a notification letting me know it’s being processed at their hub… and, then, nothing. It gets to Tuesday night and I realise I’m not getting my parcel on Tuesday, so I contact customer services, I get email from Lauren letting me they’d got my parcel and it will be delivered Wednesday at some point… I email back and say I could really do with it for Wednesday 11am at the very latest… it gets delivered at 13:31. I paid £7 for next day delivery. Is there anyone I can contact about getting that money back? Standard delivery would’ve been free…
